PILATES HIIT. You ask, and I deliver - a fresh, full body Pilates HIIT class. This class starts strong on the mat to set us up for the jumping, with a bridging and reverse plank flow. The remainder of the class is full of short cardio bursts, inclusive of mountain climbers, pikes, planks, squat jumps - full body movements!
