Ulu Live | Intermediate | Glutes 16m

INTERMEDIATE. Join me for snippets of a live class I taught cliffside in Uluwatu, Bali! This class is a sizzler for the glutes. We target all parts of them - glute max with bridging, and glute min and med with our side lying.
