INTERMEDIATE. One of my favourites from the Spring Into Summer challenge! Starting strong with supine bridging and abdominals, we are set up for the remainder of a powerful class. Whilst the class is drizzled with classic Pilates spinal movements using the ball, we still get into challenging shapes and repertoire.
