ADVANCED. Today, we are working to teaser on the mat. An original exercise from Joseph Pilates’ repertoire; this exercise requires namely our quads, hip flexors, and abdominals to be strong, which is what we focus on during the class. We start in standing with a lower body series and then move on to strengthening the abdominals, then we give teaser a go at the end!
