FUNDAMENTAL. Today, we work the powerhouse! Starting with spinal articulation, we start to find some flexion and rotation through the spine to get the abdominals warm. We then come down for a fiery supine series, full of lifts, twists, and extensions. You can add the layers, or you can leave them out, you choose!
