FUNDAMENTAL. The perfect feel-good flow. This class is started by warming up our centre, then we move into heating the glutes, upper body, and inner thighs, and then we finish on our feet with a full body standing series. The Pilates ball is there for added challenge, but it is totally optional. For Intermediate students, ankle weights would be a great challenge.
